Vehicle Maintenance Manager assists with the acquisition, operations, and maintenance of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles. Assigns vehicles and drivers, prepares schedules, and oversees dispatch operations. Being a Vehicle Maintenance Manager evaluates, purchases, leases, and disposes of vehicles to maintain the fleet. Develops and maintains vendor and service provider relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other essential services. Additionally, Vehicle Maintenance Manager develops and implements safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs. Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. May administer insurance policy coverage, negotiates agreements, and participate in claim resolution. Manages the fleet expense reporting and budgets. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Vehicle Maintenance Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Vehicle Maintenance Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • Position Summary:

    The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for guiding the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring the achievement of Talent Excellence goals, and fostering a high-performing recruiting team. The Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with the Talent Director, CVG's leadership team, and HR department to drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the recruiting function, serving as a mentor and coach to Recruiting Teams.
    • Collaborate effectively with the Talent Director, CVG's leadership team(s), and HR Team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
    • Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including defining job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and champion initiatives to enhance employer and talent brand.
    • Develop and enforce CVG and HR policies related to Talent Acquisition, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and promoting best practices.
    • Drive efforts to promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace through targeted recruiting strategies and initiatives.
    • Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, providing exemplary internal customer service and strategic guidance on talent acquisition matters.
    • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of CVG's applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure the availability of relevant recruitment metrics and analytics.
    • Manage the coordination of the CVG Internship Program and lead campus recruiting efforts to attract top-tier talent.
    • Utilize various sourcing and recruitment resources, including job boards, social media platforms, and third-party recruiting relationships, to support talent acquisition efforts.
    Requirements:

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting and team leadership.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team of recruiters, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices related to talent acquisition.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving recruitment initiatives to meet organizational goals.
    • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
    • Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment.
    • Prior experience in implementing and optimizing HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.
    • Demonstrated success in building and executing campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
    • Previous experience working in both corporate recruiting and search firm environments.

    Travel

    Occasional travel may be required to support the talent acquisition initiatives at all Company locations.
