Position Summary:

To create and manage EWO (Emergency Work Orders) and communicate with other departments on scheduled maintenance activities

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage EWO (Emergency Work Orders) when a breakdown occurs.
• Train Maintenance Techs and Operators on EWO methodology
• Communicate with other departments on scheduled maintenance activities.
• Collect data on downtime including length of downtime, root cause, and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance supplies inventory/support crib technician.
• Assign and maintain KPI data on PM work orders to maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement Autonomous maintenance plans for the pilot zone and beyond.
• Ensure maintenance logs for distinct types of machinery are updated.
• Assess maintenance procedures and recommend areas of improvement.
• Lead EWO/Daily meetings to review findings and action plans.
• Compile breakdown data and prepare pareto for governance calls.
• Support Maintenance Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Support Materials team in allocation of resources to help fix broken baskets, totes etc.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED with basic math and reading comprehension.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
