Teller

If you have strong people skills and are looking for a great opportunity, then consider this Teller position! You will join the team of banking professionals at our client’s Manchester, VT location.  Prior banking experience is not required for this full-time role!

Responsibilities of the Teller

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner in person and over the phone
• Accurately and efficiently process all transactions
• Count and bundle coins and currency and reconcile cash drawer
• Answer inquiries, inform customers of new services and product promotions, and direct customers to other personnel for additional services
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain customer privacy and security
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Teller

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clerical, administrative, cash handling, sales, or service experience preferred but not required
• Good math skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Team player
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Good listening and communication skills in English  
• Accuracy, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity
• Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

This position works full-time hours Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $15/hour with room for growth. This may lead to a direct hire for the right candidate, so apply today for this Teller opportunity!
