Transaction Processing :
Conduct various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently. Verify and balance cash drawers, ensuring precision in handling currency and coin.
Product Knowledge :
Stay informed about the credit union's products and services to effectively cross-sell and promote additional offerings to members.
Compliance :
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and credit union policies to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Verify identification and authorization for all transactions in accordance with established procedures.
Recordkeeping :
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is completed for each transaction.
Team Collaboration :
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals. Assist colleagues during peak periods or as needed.
