Van Driver operates company vans or small buses. Loads and unloads passengers between various destinations. Being a Van Driver provides and collects appropriate documentation for passenger transportation. Ensures pick-up and drop-off are on time. Additionally, Van Driver may keep logs of vehicle maintenance. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a Valid Driver's License. May Require Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Van Driver works under moderate supervision. Reasoning Ability:
Ability to anticipate, identify and address members needs to ensure safety and enjoyment. To accurately complete all required paperwork. To professionally handle and or get help to resolve conflict. Ability to follow instructions as given and/or directed by supervisor. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
