Van Driver operates company vans or small buses. Loads and unloads passengers between various destinations. Being a Van Driver provides and collects appropriate documentation for passenger transportation. Ensures pick-up and drop-off are on time. Additionally, Van Driver may keep logs of vehicle maintenance. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a Valid Driver's License. May Require Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Van Driver works under moderate supervision. GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director or designee, this position is responsible for the transportation of Turning Point members to appointments and activities.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is at at-will direct service position within a program. The position will safely transport our members to appointments and activities.

Education, Training and Experience:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from High School or completion of GED program; one (1) year of experience working in a health care facility. Varied life experience related to mental health.
