Van Driver operates company vans or small buses. Loads and unloads passengers between various destinations. Being a Van Driver provides and collects appropriate documentation for passenger transportation. Ensures pick-up and drop-off are on time. Additionally, Van Driver may keep logs of vehicle maintenance. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a Valid Driver's License. May Require Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Van Driver works under moderate supervision. Job Description and Responsibilities Position Summary: Transports children in company vehicles maintaining their safety at all times. Follow established routes, schedules, and procedures. Ensures the vehicle is properly cleaned, maintained, and serviced. Ensures Celebree mission, vision, and values are upheld. Maintains a safe and violation free driving record.
Valid driver’s license: must be 21 years of age (may differ depending on insurance carrier). Ability to effectively manage a mini-bus full of children; excellent communication skills; patience and flexibility. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
