Location: Desert Diamond Tucson Casino

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 (pay includes average tip pay)

Shift: Open Availability Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an energetic, friendly Valet to park cars for our establishment. The Valet's responsibilities include greeting guests, parking cars carefully, and returning vehicles quickly when guests are ready to leave. You are the beginning and end of every guest's experience and our goal is to leave a lasting impression.

To be successful as a Valet you must have the stamina to stand and run for extended periods of time while remaining vibrant and friendly. If you thrive working in fast-paced environments and like to be physically active then this position is for you!

• Providing five-star service to each guest who enters or departs the establishment.
• Greet guests of the establishment.
• Assist with unloading guests' personal belongings.
• Park & retrieve cars for guests promptly & safely.
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.
• Provide support for all visitors and ensure they have any directions they need.
• Collecting payment from each guest.
• Report all suspicious activity to the security team to ensure guest safety.
• Have fun and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record (Must be able to pass a motor vehicle check upon hire).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to stand and run for your entire shift.
• Ability to lift luggage and other personal items up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Be knowledgeable of HIPPA Laws.
