Utilization Review Coordinator jobs in Reading, PA

This transportation services position is responsible for updating system dates for inbound shipments, processing inbound paperwork and goods receipts, filing domestic freight claims, coordinating the daily truck traffic on the property.

Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, sales, and customer support teams is paramount to achieve these transportation, sales and service objectives.

Receive Assignment From :

Transportation Supervisor

• Processes goods receipts and paperwork for inbound deliveries and shipments
• Serves as primary responder for front gate and directs all traffic and trucks to appropriate areas and / or loading zones
• Updates and keeps accurate the daily truck schedule and loading board
• Files all domestic freight claims and updates notifications in SAP as well as communicates statuses with accounting
• Scans all completed paperwork into the system and stores files accordingly
• Maintains good business working relationships with transportation companies
• Communicates with sales and planning departments regarding statuses of shipments
• Supports as a back-up to E-Commerce Clerk
• Other duties as assigned

• Background in transportation and planning
• Experience using SAP or other ERP software
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with all internal departments and transportation companies as required
• Ability to manage in a highly stressful, fast paced environment
• Minimum of 1-year progressive experience in transportation and traffic environment
