Usher/Ticket Taker collects admission tickets and passes from patrons at entertainment events. May require a high school diploma and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Usher/Ticket Taker has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Usher/Ticket Taker works under immediate supervision. Usher/Ticket Taker duties include:
Scanning tickets for entry.
Seating patrons in the correct seat in a timely and professional manner.
Wristbanding patrons for access to designated areas.
Keeping aisles & emergency exits clear at all times.
Answering patron questions, directing to various areas of the venue, and various other customer service functions.
Knowledge of emergency exits and evacuation procedures and protocols.
Monitoring patrons for emergency and or medical needs.
Situational awareness and location awareness, for calling in security or medical emergencies.
Knowledge of proper radio etiquette.
Most importantly we are providing an experience for our guests, who are attending the show to enjoy the moments!

Pay: $15.69 - $17.26 per hour
