- Daily data entry of ridership for the Pasadena Transit and Dial-A-Ride.
- May perform secretarial functions as needed for assigned staff member(s) and other duties as assigned.
- Perform ride-a-long NTD passenger count ride surveys on transit buses.
- Learning dispatching functions to be used whenever required.
- Assisting key personnel to compile DAR information.
- Assisting key personnel to compile Pasadena Transit information.
- Assisting with the Monthly Client Report.
- Verify on a daily basis all DAR runs/ breaks & lunches.
- Verify on a daily basis all DAR manifests.
- Any additional office clerk assignments as needed for coverage.
- The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
To qualify a Call Taker, you’ll need:- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years Office, data entry, or administrative experience.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Must be analytical with use of various data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ecolane experience desired.
- Bilingual desired.
