Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Usher/Ticket Taker. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for guests attending events at our venue.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry
- Assist guests in finding their seats and provide directions within the venue
- Monitor crowd behavior and assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
- Provide information about the event, venue facilities, and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with crowd control and emergency evacuations if needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate ticketing systems
- Knowledge of event management or theater operations is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups of people
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
