User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes the patient eligibility for care.
- Communicates with the families.
- Interacts with a variety of hospital staff from different departments.
- Reviews patient records.
- Coordinates with staff to ensure that each patient has a smooth transition through the discharge process.
- Verifies health insurance coverage for patients.
- Develops relationships in the community on behalf of the company.
- Schedules speaking engagements at community events.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Practical experience in a clinical setting.
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Great customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Must be an active listener.
- Must have computer skills.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 24.5 square miles (63 km2), of which 24.4 square miles (63 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) (0.37%) is water.
