Job Description

We are seeking a full-time New User Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the smooth implementation of our flagship product, the Edge. Primary duties include the creation and ongoing maintenance of New User project records, initial welcoming calls to our client base and liaising between customer and corresponding internal departments. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the generation of any necessary follow up cases as related to the scope of customer needs and will assist the data conversion coordinator as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain New User Project Records
• Perform outgoing “welcome” calls to new users, providing start up information and direction
• Follow up “check-in” calls, at pre-determined intervals
• Managing customer expectations
• Scheduling System Setups
• Creating and updating cases within Salesforce
• Communicating with team both in person and via chat

Requirements

• *Prior Salesforce experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
