Role Overview: The Clinic Liaison serves as a bridge between healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders. This critical role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Clinic Liaison, you will play a leadership role in fostering a collaborative environment among clinic staff, ensuring smooth operations, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach and Networking:

• Build and maintain relationships with external healthcare providers to enhance clinic visibility and partnerships.

Patient Relations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Ensure timely and effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Healthcare Coordination:

• Coordinate between various departments within the clinic to ensure seamless patient care and operations.
• Facilitate referrals and appointments as needed.

Quality Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement within clinic operations.
• Collaborate with the clinic manager to implement changes.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest ways to enhance the patient experience.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure that all activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, referrals, and other relevant information.

Staff Development:

• Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assist in training new staff and mentoring existing team members.

Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:

• Address issues and conflicts among staff or with patients, working towards resolutions that maintain a harmonious clinic environment.

Marketing and Community Engagement:

• Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and other public engagements.
• Work with the marketing team to promote clinic services and programs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership Qualities: Ability to inspire and lead a team, foster a collaborative environment, and effectively manage conflict.
