Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Used Car Sales Associate to join our 2-person sales team in Cumberland, RI. As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to suit their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.- Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and generate repeat business.- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

Requirements:- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve sales targets.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
