Overview:
We are seeking a Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment is thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet sales managers satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has a passion for tractors and other farm quipment, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of tractors, both interior and exterior
- Wash and wax equipment to restore their original shine
- Vacuum and clean upholstery, carpets, and other surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to remove scratches and restore shine
- Inspect equipment for any damages or defects and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
- To also include, general facility maintenance and some janitorial duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car detailing or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
- Ability to drive various types of equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Perform minor repairs as needed, take off weights, replace mirrors, lights etc.
