Used Equipment Manager jobs in Nevada

Jerry Seiner Dealerships seeks a Used Car Sales Manager who can work in team development and have a dynamic sales personality to add to our used car team. We are looking for a candidate with great customer service and the ability to grow and train a used car department.

General Duties May Include:

• Manage the recondition process and detail process
• Manage photographing and marketing of inventory
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Manage lot team and make sure that the lot is well organized and all documents are on the vehicles
• Establish and monitor sales and gross objectives for team members to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate sales activities and provide guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and dealership policies.
• Review performance regularly and implement improvement programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of proven experience in the automotive industry. Preferably with a used car focus.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Ability to analyze data, market, and set targets.
• Familiar with aspects of used inventory, including sourcing, product mix, reconditioning, stocking levels, pricing, and marketing.
• Charisma with customers and teammates, including negotiation, desking, closing, and customer service.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong technology skills, including familiarity with automotive software.
• Ability to develop and follow processes to ensure success.
