Urban Planner jobs in Florida

• Bachelor’s degree in community/urban planning, landscape architecture, architecture, or a closely related field
• 2- 3 years of experience based upon depth and breadth of planning experience
• Working knowledge of and experience with computer programs (ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and Microsoft 365 suite of software) and the ability to produce maps, graphics, reports and written documents

• Experience in public/private sector or both
• Well organized, detail oriented, and initiative-taking
• Demonstrated abilities in facilitating community stakeholder input and public meetings
• Strong research and writing skills
• AICP, GISP or other certifications
