Ultrasound Technologist operates ultrasonic equipment to produce images of the body's organs and tissues for diagnostic purposes. Performs sonographic examinations to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data. Being an Ultrasound Technologist records test results, inspects and maintains equipment, and orders supplies when needed. May require an associate degree in a related area. Additionally, Ultrasound Technologist typically requires completion of an accredited program in Medical Sonography. May require registration with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and/or certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). May require a state license to practice. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager. The Ultrasound Technologist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Must have ultrasound background to be considered for position.
We’re looking for a determined Ultrasound Technician with at least two years of 3D/4D ultrasound experience (preferred/ not required)
Must be out going, personable, a problem solver, and great with customers. We would like to find someone that loves to do their job.
Bilingual is a plus.
We need a dedicated team player.
Must be able to determine genders as early as 13 weeks gestation. Also must know the basic anatomy of a fetus.
Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to multitask. And have open availability.
