Solid knowledge of Windows Servers, VMware, operating systems, and platform management.5. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.7. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.8. BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) will be a plus.9. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.10. Proficiency in documentation and written communication.11. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.The Systems Administrator is part of an IT team and needs to work closely with staff to understand their needs and develop ways to address them.
