The Operations Specialist is a part of the Operations Department and services and processes the financial transactional requests of our account holders. These types of transactions range from traditional retirement account activities, such as account transfers and rollovers, to more unique transactions regarding the income on invested real estate, private loans, and 401k loans. This position has primary responsibility for incoming funds and will assist team members with compliance tracking and taking client calls.
