Trust Operations Officer directs the work of Trust Operations team in large and complex trust operations. Ensures that transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and procedures. Being a Trust Operations Officer oversees the input and maintenance of data in accounting systems and report generation. Coordinates the processing of dividends and disbursements. Additionally, Trust Operations Officer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Trust Operations Officer manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Trust Operations Officer typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Summary
    The Delivery Specialist provides the highest level of customer service through sales support, delivery management and execution, and merchandising activities including, but not limited to the key responsibilities below. The Delivery Specialist accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the RAC mission statement and core values, to foster lasting relationships and to treat our customers like family.
    Key Responsibilities
    Deliveries & Pick-ups:
    Load truck per policy to protect merchandise
    Execute deliveries at the time requested or scheduled by the customer
    Provide excellent customer service and ensure top-notch customer experience for all delivery
    interactions.
    Install merchandise and instruct on proper use
    Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned
    Keep assigned vehicle(s) clean and maintained, as required, for safe operation
    Complete customer service and product service in a timely manner as assigned
    Follow all safety, handling and transportation procedures to avoid personal injury and property
    damage
    Perform other duties assigned by Management
    Merchandising:
    Maintain the store in rent ready condition
    Prepare returned merchandise to be rent ready
    Stock showroom and unload trucks of new merchandise
    Keep sales floor clean and organized
    Keep back office and store area neat and organized
    Job Requirements
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Must be at least 18 years of age
    Valid state driver's license and good driving record
    Strong communication and customer service skills
    Good reading, speaking, listening skills
    Ability to follow instructions and utilize problem solving skills
    Heavy lifting and moving
    Physical Demands
    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Coworker to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Coworker is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The Coworker must frequently lift and/or move (push/pull) heavy items and merchandise.
