Trust Operations Officer directs the work of Trust Operations team in large and complex trust operations. Ensures that transactions are balanced and documented according to policies and procedures. Being a Trust Operations Officer oversees the input and maintenance of data in accounting systems and report generation. Coordinates the processing of dividends and disbursements. Additionally, Trust Operations Officer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Trust Operations Officer manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Trust Operations Officer typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Mature Cyber Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) to improve Vulnerability Threat Management capabilities.
- Work with privacy data to increase Cloud application and infrastructure vulnerability scanning and reporting.
- Assist in developing architecture for integrating findings into a centralized dashboard that allows product owners direct access to team’s specific systems or cloud account findings.
Required Skills and Experience - IT experience with Cyber Security Policy and threat mitigation.
- Must be well versed in Cyber Security Tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and secured networks.
- Familiarity and experience in the implementation of cybersecurity regulations.
- ZTA experience.
Professional Certifications Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Essentials Certification Years of Professional Experience 10 years of relevant experience Desired experience Risk Management Framework (RMF), Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA), and FedRAMP experience
Familiarity with: Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) frameworks, Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) (OKTA), Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP), Security Operations Center (SOC) Operations, Vulnerability Threat Management, and ComplianceFormal Education Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in one of the following: computer science, electronics engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Citizenship Requirement U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity Security Clearance Requirements Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) CRITICAL NOTES: - SSG will not make assumptions regarding your qualifications.
