The Trust Operations Officer manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Trust Operations Officer typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk, currently located in Anchorage, Alaska, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, be proficient in using data entry software, and have a keen eye for detail. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering data into our databases and ensuring that information is up to date and correct.
Responsibilities:- Entering data into databases accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring data integrity and quality
- Organizing files and collecting data to be entered
- Verifying accuracy of data input
- Identifying and correcting errors
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Responding to requests for information and access relevant files
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with administrative duties is a plus
