Job Duties:
-Full Time
-Primary responsibility is answering incoming phone calls scheduled, entering necessary data into the computer database, and directing service technicians to residential and commercial jobs notifying service technicians of work order assignments, keeping the schedule organized, service calls are completed and paid.
- Makes every effort to compress call scheduling effectively maximizing productivity and revenue
-Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
-Re-schedules appointment times at the client’s convenience as necessary
-Send customer DAILY reviews request (By Message and Email
-Strictly adheres to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule, ensures the “Right” plumber is sent to the “Right” appointment, the Dispatcher must be familiar with the technical competencies of each plumber and understand how to best maximize service and revenues for each call
-Shares responsibility to ensure that all plumbers arrive at their designated appointments on time
-Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email
-Responds to plumbing requests both by online and phone.
-Collect payment over the phone from customers for service if needed
-Collections and past due service billings. Manage service billings. Track and follow up on past-due service billings.(will get support from upper managers)
-Apply for permits and schedule inspections .(will get support from upper managers)(a plus)
-Respond to all calls with customers in a professional manner
-Maintains on-call and weekend schedules for service plumber and after-hours service procedures.
-Maintains customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and Active in all facets of dispatch and updated entry of information.
-Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, service invoicing, and general inquiries.
- Respond to plumbing requests both by online and phone.
-Follows up and schedules preventative maintenance service appointments.
-Prepares invoices for processing and follow up for payments.
-Work as a team with the goal of taking care of the customer.
-Performing related staff-level duties as directed by the upper Manager.
-Follow up and follow through with technicians and customers to help maintain good customer relationships.
-Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
-Provides logistical support to technicians and communicating with both employees and customers.
-Other duties as required for training purposes or additional company requirements
Job Requirements:
-3-5 years of experience in service dispatching for a plumbing company.
-Bi-Lingual a Plus (English-Spanish)
-Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
-Able to use a computer and other general office equipment.
-Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
