Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling a variety of Operations services for Trust and IRA accounts as listed below in the Essential/Required Duties and Responsibilities.
Essential/Required Duties and Responsibilities:
· Print and deliver client statements to Trust Officers for review, and mail statements after reviewed by Trust Officers
· Update and monitor monthly Client Statement Tracking and Broker List spreadsheets
· Print Online broker statements and update broker statements received on Broker List
· Data Entry Transactions Directly from Broker Statement to Trust Accounting software and balance cash/asset positions
· Balance cash-outs and print checks on Fridays and when needed
· Assist with Asset Location Reconciliations
· Prepare Advent download files on assigned week according to rotation schedule
· Assist with requests from administration throughout the day
Skills Required:
· Preferred knowledge in the securities field (stocks, bonds, reorgs, dividend, interest, etc.)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, dependable, organized, excellent follow-up skills, ability to work well under pressure and work well with team members.
· Must be able to prioritize work and make independent decisions.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
