- Assist with preparing various monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Process daily loan payments received by mail
- Assist with preparation of monthly management reporting
- Serves as back up for various duties for Accounts payable – vendor payment and management
- Assists Information Security with review and logging of daily, and monthly reports.
Skills/Experience/Training Required:- Two year accounting certificate; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, In particular Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
