Job summary
Anexciting opportunity has arisen to join the Clinical Decisions Unit, we arelooking to recruit a ward clerk / receptionist to provide clerical support to theclinical staff in our busy unit.
Your role would include greeting patients,taking their details and preparing the online documentation for the clinicalteam.
You will also be involved in data collection and audits. You must beconfident dealing with patients and staff, approachable, a team player andcomputer literate.
You will be joining a friendly team of nurse pracititioners,health care assistants and ward clerks seeing emergency surgical referrals inour surgical ambulatory unit, open 730amuntil 2000pm, 365 days a year you will therefore be required to work someweekends and bank holidays.
The position is part time at 24hrs per week, whichwill be two 12hr shifts.
