Data Entry Clerk
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Reports to: Fiduciary Team Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-Time in office

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, be proficient in using data entry software, and have a keen eye for detail. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering data into our databases and ensuring that information is up to date and correct.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data into databases accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring data integrity and quality
• Organizing files and collecting data to be entered
• Verifying accuracy of data input
• Identifying and correcting errors
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Responding to requests for information and access relevant files

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office and data entry software
• Excellent typing skills and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with administrative duties is a plus
