As Trust Assistant at Bath Savings Trust Company, your primary responsibility will be to support and assist in the acquisition of quality client relationships and participate in the enhancement of existing client relationships. You will participate in the administration of client accounts with an emphasis on Trust Accounts; and assist Trust Officers in all aspects of the administration of their portfolios and relationships. You will also perform general office duties - such as answering phones, organizing files, assisting other staff members. You will also assist in Trust Officer appointments and scheduling, correspondence, memos, system maintenance, and file maintenance.
