Our estate planning law firm is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a Trust Asset Title Processor to join our team. You would assist the clients in getting their assets properly retitled into their trust and help them keep their assets properly titled through our unique long-term estate planning maintenance process. The ideal candidate is close to the Norman, OK area with experience working in real estate transactions, oil & gas title transactions, title insurance, or mortgage lending, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding customer service skills. $28,000 - $43,000 annually depending on experience

• Research and verify the accuracy of documentation provided by clients, such as property title records, property ownership, public records, deeds, financial statements, and other ownership documents needed to retitle into their estate plan
• Enter and submit title and other asset ownership documents into software programs to track the client’s progress
• Work with estate planning attorney and other team members to prepare estate planning documents and trust funding documents
• Communicate with our clients and their financial professionals to provide instructions on how to retitle the ownership and beneficiary designations on financial assets to the client's trust
• Coordinate recording new deeds to retitle real estate ownership to the client's trust
• Liaise with clients and their financial professionals to be sure all requested title changes are complete, asset title is correct, and any outstanding issues are resolved
• Aid estate planning attorneys with administrative assistant essential duties, including clerical and data entry support

• Close to the Norman, OK area
• Experience with real estate transactions, title processing, title company pre-processor, or as a mortgage loan processor is desired
• Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired
• Computer proficiency with numerous programs, including MS Office is needed
• Must be able to work independently and organize oneself
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, some colleges preferred
