ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Support:
Answer incoming calls direct calls to the proper person or department.
Process and schedule all inbound requests for estimates that come in via phone, online, e-mail, etc….
Provide support during the life of the lead including appointment setting, light pre-qualifying, appointment confirmation, and pre appointment confirmation as required.
Assist with addressing customer needs while delivering excellent service in a confident and friendly manner..
Communicate and collaborate with staff to assist with project support, information requests, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
Administrative experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
A warm and confident communication style; both verbal and written.

25-32 hours per week
9-3:30 preferred
