Position Summary: The Trust Operations QC/Reconciliation Assistant completes daily reviews of various Wealth Management transactions. This professional is responsible for review and reconciliation of the trust checking account and check activity as well as performing reviews of critical operational processing. This person will possess strong organizational and communication skills and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Essential Functions:

• Balance, research discrepancies and reconcile the trust checking account to the trust accounting system. 
• Verify daily check activity and pricing changes.
• Ensure daily processing totals match vendor totals.
• Assist with reconciliations of various accounts/holdings on a periodic basis.
• Assist with annual vault audit.
• Perform various quality reviews on core processes.
• Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training, follow internal processes and controls as required.
• Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. 
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

• Minimum of one to two years accounting, finance or bank operations experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and an ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to meet strict daily deadlines.

Working Environment:
Indoor work – not exposed to outdoor elements or hazards. 
Sedentary work, occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds. 
This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines upon completion of onboarding.
