Position: Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal
Pay: $27-$30/hour Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm; Friday 8-3pm

Mission: The mission of the paralegal is to support our attorneys and the legal team in working effectively and efficiently. The most important responsibility of the paralegal is to be able to think critically and to ensure that paralegal tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support the attorneys and our firm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Performing legal research.
o Speaking with clients, scheduling deadlines, and filing documents with courts.
o Preparing Probate documents from the initial petition to the final accounting
o Drafting Trust certifications.
o Preparing property deeds.
