    What Your Typical Day Will Be:

    • Collaborate with the Account Executives and the Marketing team to help coordinate & drive prospects to company events.
    • Maintain & Input data in HubSpot CRM for AE Open / Closed Opportunities
    • Provide pertinent notes within company databases, regarding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
    • Generate Quick Quotes for material only proposals or any other quotes requested
    • FileMaker data entry for duplication of VRNs
    • Open HubSpot tickets for pre-sales & estimation
    • Process Work Orders for Operations sales support and customer jobs
    • Follow up with Operations Department for Job Scheduling Status
    • Process customer Support Renewal from Manufacturers – licensing, warranty, smartnet, aruba care
    • Deal Registration Support
    • Download RFPs from Customer websites
    • Compile reports, spreadsheets or other documents as needed
    • Assists in compiling deliverables for customer presentations & RFP responses
    • When requested attends customer calls
    • Deliver (electronically or in person ) or coordinate delivery with warehouse personnel for proposals or literature as needed
    • Send out calendar invites to meetings, trainings and events
    • Assist with maintaining communications with clients
    • Attend workshops, training, VectorUSA hosted, and 3rd party events, as directed by management.
    • Perform the day-to-day management functions required to provide our customers with accurate and timely delivery of hardware, software and services
    • Provide administrative support primarily to your sales pod but at times to any member of the Sales team
    • Reviewing RFPs / RFQs / IFBs and spearheading the team to develop a complete, accurate & timely response to the client.
    • Completing questionnaires and pre-qualification documents as part of the bid response process.
    • Updating and compiling boiler plate information to be used in bid responses.
    • Creating and editing customer facing proposals
    • Follow up with customers when status changes occur (i.e. delays or product discontinuation)
    • Provide post-sale support including follow up on return merchandise authorizations, ensuring documentation was received, accounts receivable issues and other customer service satisfaction issues
    • Effectively use VectorUSA internal contact and quoting system in HubSpot & FileMaker.
    • As business and operational demands dictate, additional duties may be assigned and expected to be performed.
