Truck Service Technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and services truck engine systems and components. Communicates findings and recommendations to customers and management. Being a Truck Service Technician must be competent in electrical components, hydraulics, and electric power fundamentals. Fully trained in safety and machine preparation and is capable of managing work documentation. Additionally, Truck Service Technician requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Truck Service Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Description
This position is responsible for providing truck engine and/or chassis repair service in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner. Must build rapport with customers through technical expertise and quality service on equipment so, that service value is received. This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work alone or with others in a shop environment. The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Our address is 2401 N Grand Avenue, Enid, OK 73701.
