JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Service Advisor is to interact directly with customers and technicians to effectively communicate all changes and repairs that are needed. Responsibilities will include a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department.
