Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mobile tire services for passenger and light trucks, including tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and TPMS servicing.
• Conduct tire repairs and replacements while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
• Offer professional advice and solutions to service advisors, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness guidelines in all operations.
• Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including work orders and service performance records, for efficient communication with the sales team.
• Utilize the latest technology and equipment for tire services, including mobile phone applications and van-based tire changing tools.
• Manage a flexible schedule that includes daily travel within the region, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
• Deliver unparalleled customer service, addressing questions and concerns with expertise and patience.
• Perform safety checks and adhere to all safety regulations during tire installation and servicing tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tire Technician with a focus on passenger and light truck vehicles.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proficiency in operating a service van between appointments.
• Familiarity with a wide range of tire service equipment and tools, including lift gates, air compressors, hydraulic jacks, and tire repair instruments.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting tires and equipment.
