Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our organization's operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular financial reports
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls, including compliance with SOX requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, public accounting, and financial concepts
- Proficient in balance sheet reconciliation, forecasting, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
