Treasury Director manages and oversees all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Director reviews and approves cash allocation reports, investment records, and expense and earnings forecasts. Develops department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Director ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Treasury Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     SUMMARY

    Business Solutions Sales role will be responsible for effectively selling the Bank’s depository and treasury management services to existing and prospective clients, either in conjunction with Relationship Managers or on an individual basis. Success in this role requires the ability to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction while achieving deposit and fee income sales goals.


    Required Experience:


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Call on new and existing commercial clients to develop and close treasury management product sales. Proactively review assigned client base and identifies deposit and treasury management service solutions and cross-sale opportunities.
    • Conveys a professional, knowledgeable and confident demeanor while providing a high level internal/external customer service. Builds collaborative relationships to develop and foster partnerships with third party vendors and/or internal team members.
    • Develop treasury management sales proposals and pricing pro formas for prospective and existing clients to further develop and strengthen business relationships.
    • Partner with commercial Relationship Managers in pre-proposal discussions to fully understand client needs and shape preferred solutions.
    • Ability to thoroughly assess customer needs and understand the requirements, translating into sales deliverables across a wide array of treasury management products and technologies.

    Judgment and Professionalism – Ability to make sound decisions that consider and balance the needs of the customer and the bank. Ability to display professionalism in written and oral communications, both internally and externally.

    Drive and Motivation - Ability to demonstrate tenacity, focus, discipline and self-impetus to accomplish results.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience. 3 years or more of sales experience in commercial banking. History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

    Language Skills

    Ability to effectively present information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
