Being a Treasury Director reviews and approves cash allocation reports, investment records, and expense and earnings forecasts. Develops department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Director ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Ideal candidates will have a college diploma or equivalent experience of 2-4 years of banking experience, strong computer skills with a focus on Excel worksheets, using multiple data sources, and pivot tables, obtain excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize work tasks based on customer needs. Along with the ability to identify process improvements, recognize and react quickly to problems.
