Treasury Director manages and oversees all aspects of daily treasury operations to meet the financial obligations of the organization. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Director reviews and approves cash allocation reports, investment records, and expense and earnings forecasts. Develops department policies, procedures, and internal controls. Additionally, Treasury Director ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Treasury Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Treasury Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. A typical day could see you analyzing cash pool balances to ensure daily liquidity, designing and implementing system configurations that will expand the capabilities of Otis’ core Treasury management system, or possibly supporting a global netting program for intercompany payables, FX transactions, and intercompany financing transactions. This position will work collaboratively with Treasury and Accounting colleagues in the WHQ location, regional counterparts, as well as external banks and trading partners, and has exposure to all levels of the organization on a regular basis. Responsibilities may include: Manage daily domestic and international cash pool operations Serve as a power user for Otis’ Treasury Management System, Kyriba Implement Kyriba system configurations Monitor and set-up global bank statement reporting Manage expansion of global bank fee reporting and analysis Support of monthly global netting process Proactively communicate with internal and external partners in regards to upcoming transactions Development of standard work and training documentation Ongoing process improvements Execution and testing of SOX controls Special projects as assigned What you will need to be successful: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a corporate Treasury or banking environment Experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management System a strong plus Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
