We are currently searching for a Treasury Manager for the Memphis, TN corporate office. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage banking relationships and partners.
• Negotiate banking services and fees
• Provide leadership to a team of associates, fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship and professional/personal growth.
• Oversee the administration of banking systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee all aspects of money movement process, including payroll wires, ACHs, & client payment processing, and bank transmissions.
• Primary point of contact for addressing payment discrepancies, payment and payroll returns, and escalating challenges to senior leadership.
• Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Implement best practices and streamline treasury workflows.
• Complete special projects as assigned for presentation to senior management and external boards
• Other duties as assigned

Direct Supervision Required:  very little supervision and instruction required
