Job Overview:
The Director, Corporate Treasury is responsible for developing and managing strategies, policies and budgets related to treasury activities including oversight of treasury operations, cash and debt management initiatives, bank relationships, and day-to-day treasury operations. This position also assesses the products, services, technologies, and systems that are available and appropriate for the treasury department and works with departmental leaders to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategies. In addition, this role will lead the review, documentation, and change management efforts with respect to maintaining, upgrading, and implementing new processes, systems, and tools in support of a cost effective and efficient treasury function. This role requires a passion for process improvement, leading and developing teams and collaborating with key business partners including Company executives, FP&A, accounting, tax, legal and the Company’s external auditors and advisors. The position is based at Leslie’s corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona.
