Treasury Analyst jobs in Stroudsburg, PA

This role is required to be in the Center Valley, PA office 4 times a week.  

As a Treasury Analyst I at Shift4 Payments, you will play a crucial role in managing various cash operations functions. You will be responsible for:

• Funds transfer initiation: Initiating funds transfers in various different banking systems, ensuring transactions are executed accurately and timely.
• Desktop deposit processing: Managing desktop check deposit processes, ensuring accurate and timely bank account deposits and dissemination of deposit information to Accounting.
• Daily transaction reporting: Generating and reviewing daily transaction reports (e.g., current and prior day bank details, ACH return details, etc.), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Bank reporting: Retrieving monthly bank statements and other relevant bank reporting from various different banking systems for record-keeping and reconciliation purposes.
• Daily cash balance and cash forecast reporting: Assisting with the preparation of Shift4's daily cash position and weekly cash forecast schedules.
• Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and compliance: Supporting and maintaining compliance with SOX regulations and internal control processes.
• Reporting and data requests: Generating and fulfilling reporting and data requests from within the Finance department, other Shift4 divisions, external customers and auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite products (especially MS Excel and Google Sheets)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial operations and compliance, including SOX.
• 1-3 years experience in financial operations or a related field is a plus.
• Banking systems experience is a plus.
