Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.     Job Summary
    Responsible for implementation, support and training for all Treasury Services products and services including, but not limited to, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Commercial Online Banking, Bill Pay, Enhanced Account Analysis, and Sweep Accounts. This role will also provide support to customers via phone and email while maintaining a collaborative relationship within OMB. Will also ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, Federal Regulations, and NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines.
    Primary Work Location and Schedule:
    • Hybrid work environment: weekly schedule requires a combination of on-site and home office hours.
      • On-site: 3050 S Delaware Ave, Springfield MO 65804
    • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends and evenings as needed
    • Fulltime; 40 hours per week average
    Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • A minimum of two years of bank experience; or
    • A combination of education, training and experience equivalent
    • Jack Henry experience preferred
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
    • Ability to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
    • Ability to apply and enforce regulatory standards for ethical behavior, confidentiality and information security
