Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of daily treasury operations. Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Treasury Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be a Treasury Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. What you will do: Create financial reports and provide insight as to the meaning within them Establish store-level goals through the budgeting and forecasting processes Being an educator to internal clients on financial matters Provide advice on revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities by analyzing financial and non-financial data Respond to financial and operational inquiries by store leadership in a clear and timely manner Assist various other groups within Mister with ad hoc data analysis requests as needed How You Will Shine: Bachelor’s degree (or completing within one year) in accounting, finance, or business economics with a high GPA Advanced proficiency in Excel Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis and an advanced degree preferred Experience working in a car wash or other retail setting strongly preferred A curious mind, high intellect, and takes pride in producing high-quality work Understanding that numbers tell stories and has an acumen for telling data-driven stories in reports, emails, presentations, and orally Customer service mentality Comfortable adapting to ad hoc requests and changing priorities Congenial disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit
