Oversees cash reporting and forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance requirements, administration of business insurance programs, and debt facility modeling. Being a Treasury Analyst researches economic trends and investment opportunities. May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures. Additionally, Treasury Analyst determines procurement of funds, and monitors investments and collections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. BRIDGE Finance & Accounting Team
The Finance & Accounting Team at BRIDGE has 40 staff members split across three teams: Corporate, Property Management Accounting, and Development Accounting.
Reporting to the Finance and Treasury Manager, the Finance and Treasury Analyst is responsible for treasury strategy and management of cash balances across all BRIDGE entities. BRIDGE has several hundred entities which maintain operating cash and reserve balances for various purposes. This complex structure will require this position to build systems and process to monitor cash across entities. Essential to the role, this position will forecast cash inflows and outflows to determine appropriate investment strategy to maximize returns.
The Finance and Treasury Analyst will also be an active participant in the annual property budgeting process working closely with the Asset Management team, assisting in system setup, and profitability analysis. This position will also work on various special projects throughout the year, including the completion of various budget and financial consolidated schedules.
This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with good written and oral presentation capacities. The role is in an active office environment and must help build a strong accounting team.
