This position is also instrumental in establishing andmaintaining great working relationships with assigned business accountsand serving as the main contact between Sales, Technology and OperationsServices and the client.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Responsible for facilitation of contract execution, transmissionestablishment, profile setup and processing, client installation andproduct training.

Must confer with clients on solution, offer beneficial alternatives,and act as trusted advisor.Deliver total solution to client.

Seek to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings andcontrol improvements in the process, and implement suchimprovements.

Adhere to appropriate processes, ensuring information securitycompliance, audit compliance, regulatory and compliance directives.

Responsible for reporting pertinent information to specificdepartments, reviewing daily reports to maintain account records andaccuracy.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : In-depth knowledge and experience with all related products, businessprocesses and MS Office products is required.

A good working knowledgeof technology and internet solutions preferred.EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING : High school diploma or GED required.

Valid drivers license.JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE : Must have strong customer service skills.Ability to identify issues, analyze and design solutions.

Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to prioritize work tasks and meet deadlines critical to thisposition.

Maintain appropriate record keeping, filing and tracking.Must be articulate, accountable and maintain a high level ofaccuracy when utilizing the various systems and reporting tools.

WORKING CONDITIONSIndividuals in this position must be able to perform essential functionsand physical demands within these documented working conditions with orwithout reasonable accommodation : This position is in an officeenvironment within a climate-controlled facility that can behigh-traffic during peak service times.

This position will requiredriving to different locations at times, which will result in some tasksbeing performed in venues (internal and / or external of the Bank) ratherthan the assigned office.

There is frequent use of the telephone,computer and other office equipment associated with this position, aswell as a large amount of face-to-face interaction with customers.

Employees within this department may be seated at personal desks for themajority of the day. The individual responsible for this role must beable to perform job functions with general supervision and workeffectively as a member of a team or independently.

The individual mustbe capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities ofco-workers, staff and internal customers.

This position requires regularand reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours.
